Summary 

The XAG company was founded in 2007 to build unmanned aerial vehicles called XAIRCRAFTs. Currently, it is one of the world’s largest drone service providers, one of the world’s leading industrial UAS manufacturers, and one of the top agricultural technology firms. The company’s UAS solutions are ideal for agricultural, geomatics, and logistics applications. The mission of XAG is to revolutionise agricultural production by integrating drones, robots, autopilot, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. 

Several agricultural innovations were released by XAG on December 22, 2021, to provide farmers with more advanced autonomous solutions. The XAG P50 and P100 agricultural drones, the XAG M500 and M2000 remote sensing drones, and the upgraded XAG R150 unmanned ground vehicle are among the five new products that have been made available. 

XAG has successfully scaled up its agricultural drones across 42 countries and regions over the last eight years to bridge the digital divide in rural areas. The six smart agriculture product lines of XAG are enriched by the recently updated farming drones and robots, which also outperform the older models in terms of effectiveness, accuracy, and safety. They are brimming with human-centred design to provide users on farms with considerate care.

From their structural design to their task systems, the P100 and V50 are two new XAG Agricultural Drones based on brand new principles. The XAG P100 retains the traditional quadrotor structure with a 40kg effective payload, whereas the V50 employs XAG’s leading dual tilt-wing design to meet the needs of different users based on farm size.

XAG has upgraded the R150 Unmanned Ground Vehicle’s technology based on its experience in autonomous agricultural driving and AI training. The new XAG R150 generation is an open payload platform that is scalable and can be equipped with various task systems for highly precise crop spraying, fertilising, and mowing.

The enhanced RevoMower 2.0 system makes cutting grass on difficult terrains like farmland, mudflats, and orchards easier. The dual-bladed XAG R150 can easily handle small shrubs and control weeds on farms thanks to its 6-kilowatt cutting power. Users won’t have to endure the uncomfortable noises, dust, and mosquitoes of a manual-driving mony longer.

Farmers need effective methods for obtaining field data, crop growth status, and precision operation tools to make informed decisions about their farming practices. To meet the various requirements of field mapping in rural areas, XAG released two new M series remote sensing drone models, the M500 and M2000. This helps relieve the human burden and lower labour costs.

XAG P100 Agricultural Drone

The P100 Agricultural Drone has a structure that allows it to separate its flying platform from task systems, reducing handling weight for easier functional switching, transportation, and maintenance, and integrating efficient spreading and precision spraying modules. This powerful and dependable drone is the flagship for the new era of smart agriculture.

XAG V40 Agricultural Drone

An innovative tilting twin-rotor structure equipped with RevoSprayTM, RevoCastTM, and RealTerraTM. Users can use this unmanned aerial system for mapping, broadcasting, and crop spraying by using three different task systems. To replace fossil fuel-powered machines with a sustainable alternative, the V40 has an electric motor.

XAG P40 Agricultural Drone

With this new upgraded all-in-one machine, you can spray, spread, and map, offering smart, efficient, and flexible autonomous solutions to make it the spearhead of agricultural drones. The maximum flow rate can be increased with dual nozzles and mega-flow peristaltic pumps. flow rate to 10L/min. As a result of the new brushless motors and centrifugal discs, spraying has become more even and controlled due to the increase in atomisation efficiency.

XAG M500 Remote Sensing Drone

TheM500 Remote Sensing Drone is intended for precision agriculture, with the ability to fly autonomously and capture high-quality images using high-performance data processing. With the help of M500, you can better understand your farm and take more timely and effective action.

XAG M2000 Remote Sensing Drone

The M2000 Remote Sensing Drone is designed with a fixed-wing VTOL for high-frequency and high-demand aerial survey tasks in various scenarios, allowing one person to map 533 hectares in an hour. The M2000, which is outfitted with the SuperX 4 Pro Intelligent Control System, has access to high-quality geographic data, allowing it to continuously and quickly build digital field maps to aid production decisions.

 XAG has established research and development bases in over 20 countries and regions, collaborating with international corporations such as Bayer, Alibaba, Huawei, and Ping An Insurance Group. Their smart agriculture technologies and solutions have been deployed in 42 countries and regions, serving 9.31 million farmers and 52 million hectares of farmland as of December 2020. Despite the disruption to farming caused by Covid-19, XAG reported a 253% increase in revenue for 2020.
